Have you booked your holiday yet?

Please remember to speak to the surgery well in advance of you going abroad for your holidays as some vaccinations need to be given six weeks or more in advance to take effect. We do not stock all vaccinations as they have to be ordered in due to 'shelf-life' and can add time onto the process.

Pick up our revised 'Travel' form from reception or speak to our staff for help and guidance.

Repeat Prescriptions

Unfortunately due to contractual requirements and auditing we are unable to take request for repeat prescriptions via telephone as we have to have a paper record of all requests

To obtain a repeat prescription please keep the slip on the right hand of your prescription and tick the relevant boxes for the items you require. You can then either drop it in by hand to reception or post it to us. alternatively we have a quick and simple form that can be filled in at reception.

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.

Alternatively you can order your repeat prescriptions from your pharmacist.  Most Redditch pharmacies make regular visits to our surgery to pick up prescriptions.  You should allow an extra 1-2 working days for your pharmacy to process your repeat prescription.

Social Prescribing helps you to explore extra services that may support you to improve your health, wellbeing and independence.
