Noticeboard

Have you booked your holiday yet?

Please remember to speak to the surgery well in advance of you going abroad for your holidays as some vaccinations need to be given six weeks or more in advance to take effect. We do not stock all vaccinations as they have to be ordered in due to 'shelf-life' and can add time onto the process.

Pick up our revised 'Travel' form from reception or speak to our staff for help and guidance.

HOME VISITS

Please telephone 01527 555600 by 10:30 am if you require a home visit and your request will be assessed by the duty doctor or nurse practitioner.

You may only request a home visit if you are strictly housebound or are too unwell to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed.

You can be visited at home by a community district nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years of age.
